Practitioners submit their professional licence, which our team checks with the issuing health authority (for example DHA, DOH or MOHAP). Facilities are verified against their facility licence.

Each service shows the clinician’s professional fee and the facility fee separately, together with the total. Any taxes are shown before you pay.

The platform is available in English, Arabic and Persian. Provider profiles list the languages each practitioner speaks.

Yes. Submit a concierge request with your travel dates and a coordinator will help with scheduling and logistics.

No. In an emergency in the UAE call 998 for an ambulance or 999 for the police.

Your session is protected with secure, http-only cookies, and we never ask for clinical information in concierge requests. See the privacy notice for details.

Create an account, apply as a practitioner and submit your licence. Once verified and activated, your profile becomes visible in the directory.
